We commissioned illustrator Abelberith to create this new All Labour is Skilled Labour design. Abi hopes to tell different bits of the story in the fight for dignified acknowledgment of all jobs.

2023 Labour Day Design

The Union Cooperative Initiative (UCI) is proud to partner with the Vancouver and District Labour Council (VDLC) and New West and District Labour Council (NWDLC) for Labour Day 2023.

We commissioned illustrator and labour organizer Tricia Robinson to create this new Labour is Entitled to All it Creates design. Tricia wanted to honour commonly underrepresented workers and industries in the design.
